Student Reimbursement Portal

The Student Reimbursement Portal streamlines the student organization reimbursement process by providing an intuitive, student‑friendly submission experience with clear visibility into request status. By integrating directly with SAAStix, the system improves coordination between students, finance teams, and advisors while reducing manual follow‑ups and processing delays. This project enhances the student experience through transparency and accessibility while supporting operational efficiency within financial workflows.

SAAStix (Division Ticketing System)

Strategic Alignment: Operational Excellence

SAAStix serves as the division’s centralized ticketing and workflow platform, supporting Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Communications, and Web Development. Customized workflows allow teams to manage requests more efficiently, track work consistently, and collect actionable data across functional areas. By standardizing processes and improving visibility into service delivery, SAAStix strengthens operational excellence and enables evidence‑based improvements across the division.

Ordering Portal

Strategic Alignment: Operational Excellence

The Ordering Portal provides a structured, transparent process for requesting SATS‑approved computer equipment. Built‑in integrations route approvals based on financial rules tied to user‑entered GL strings, ensuring compliance while reducing administrative burden. The portal also enables end‑to‑end tracking of orders, approvals, and communications, improving accountability and supporting efficient use of institutional resources.

Life Cycle Replacement

Strategic Alignment: Operational Excellence

Life Cycle Replacement is the process by which computer equipment is replaced at or near the end of its predicted life, thereby ensuring that equipment in the division remains up to date. The Life Cycle Replacement Dashboard supports long‑term planning by helping departments forecast upcoming computer replacement costs. Integrating directly with the SATS Inventory System, the dashboard provides accurate, up‑to‑date data to inform budgeting and resource planning. This tool enables proactive financial management and supports evidence‑based decision‑making aligned with divisional and university priorities.
