Our pricing is based on 2-hour time blocks and varies depending on group size and required staff.
Standard Rates:

Extended Hour Rates:
If your group would like to extend your reservation, additional hours are available

- 10 or fewer climbers: $135
 - 11–20 climbers: $180
 - 21–30 climbers: $225
 
Reservation Times:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
 - Additional hour reservations extend until 10:00 PM

Group Size
We offer group climbing wall reservations for up to 30 climbers. The total number of climbers is based on our staffing capacity and ensures a safe and efficient experience for everyone.
For each reservation, we provide at least three trained climbing wall staff to assist your group.

Group Reservation Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to host your group and ensure a fun, safe climbing experience. Please review our cancellation and payment policy below:
Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days in advance.
 - Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the following terms:
                                                      
                                                      
- More than 7 days: Full refund.
 - Within 7 days: No refund.
 
 
Payment Policy:
- Payment is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
 - Reservations without timely payment may be canceled and offered to other groups.
 
Rescheduling:
- We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
 - Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the event will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be issued.
 
Weather-Related Cancellations:
In case of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes or flooding), we will work
                                                   with your group to reschedule or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
No-Show Policy:
- Groups that fail to attend their reservation will be charged the full reservation cost, with no refund provided.
