Purchase a Group X Pass and get ready to reserve your spot.
Once you’ve got your pass, head over to DSE to sign up for classes. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your university credentials.
Can’t make it to a class? No problem! Just hop into your My Classes page in DSE and unregister to free up your spot for someone else.

Take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!

Private Group X Classes
If you are interested in one of our certified Group X Instructors teaching a 30-60 minute class for your group, please complete the Private Group X Request Form at least 3 weeks before your anticipated date.
