Register and Pay Online ($10 credit card surcharge)
- Go to Marketplace to register and pay for class online.

- Experience Form (mandatory) [pdf]: Complete and email this form to jwurd@email.sc.edu. Applicants are required to be proficient with making Form 700.04 calculations and
have a minimum of six months experience with the related concrete test procedures,
specifications, and general operations. Registrations submitted without a signed experience form will be forfeited.
- If you do not have a certified technician to sign the experience form, you may email Temple Short a brief description of your work experience and/or resume requesting an experience waiver.
- Emailed registration confirmation will not be sent until both the payment and experience form/waiver are received.
