LMSW Licensure

Please complete the application process. The forms and application for the State of South Carolina are online at: http://www.llr.state.sc.us/POL/SocialWorkers/index.asp?file=PUB.htm

• You will need an official transcript from the Registrar's Office
  (this is done through VIP)
  
• An application fee
  
• A letter of academic standing from the Dean

Please contact Ms. Fances Spann at (803) 777-1545 to have the letter from the Dean forwarded to the licensure board.
