The Tanya and Tom Carter Social Work Fellowship was established to financially assist a student with a field placement in the upstate of South Carolina.

Criteria:
- Two page statement describing how you will contribute to the social work profession
- Qualified MSW Student
- Student's field placement must be in an upstate agency
Selection:
Student selection will be determined by the College's Scholarship and Fellowship Committee

Notification:
Selected student will be notified of award prior to end of semester

A letter of interest detailing your qualifications, need and intention for the scholarship. Student must submit written statement indicating how they plan on contributing to advancement of social work.
